YYC LEND A HAND
A non-profit organization founded by University students with a mission to get essential goods into the hands of the less fortunate in Calgary. To date over 1100 bags for the less fortunate have been funded.
OUR MISSION
Here at YYC Lend A Hand, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in relieving the burden of homelessness in Calgary. We provide pre-packaged bags of items such as deodorant, socks, toothbrushes, and other essential goods. This is to make your part in helping end homelessness simple. All you need to do is keep these bags in your car and hand them out to those who are struggling, knowing you are doing your part to help those who are less fortunate. 100% of proceeds go to hamper production.
